Zeiss Warranty

Bought my first Zeiss scope last year. Really like it but found a problem with it. Anyone ever use their warranty. How fas is their turn around time. Thanks

About two years ago had a Zeiss Victory range finder start ranging objects inaccurately, owned it since about 2012. Called customer service, shipped it to them in New York. Probably two weeks and heard back they received it and it was under review. Maybe another week and they stated in lieu of repairing they were sending a new replacement. Received the replacement about a week later. All in all, maybe a month. Very happy with the service.

Thanks great to hear. My side focus knob on my V4 6-24 is tight I can barley move it
