Both blanks are Hart 28" 7 twist .

1" 16 tpi for my second Kauger VPR action I bought in 60 days ..

Have a bundle of 40 gr vmax and 55 Bergers
I hope they stay together for me in the 7 twist

I'm extremely weary of using my cans until loads are verified safe .

I plan on using the Power Pro 2000 MR for the 55 gr 20 250 AI as the 28" barrel should make good use of a slower powder .


Superformance or RL 15 for the arc and the 40 gr ..

I'll make some neck dies to utilize the Redding 204 neck bushings

A friend has a 20-250. Said the thing is a lazer, does very well on coyotes. With the AI case should be even flatter. BTW - Who comes up with this stuff you're doing?

fast enough that I worry about the Berger 55's remaining intact
3800 fps its the 7 twist that concerns me

not fire formed yet , but I was able to size it up and load it with the new necks via my PTG Die I made after the barrel was completed

See the difference in the case ? just from running it into the die ?

stuffed with 30 Gr Power Pro 2000 MR to start

And i'm actually getting a chance to fart around with this thing

Just fired my first round through it

At the left is the fire formed case
Bullets are just sitting on top of the necks, not actually seated
