Wyoming antelope no match for 6xc

Took my 6xc out of state this year. Loaded her up with 107smk’s and headed to Wyoming. The first day there, my oldest son, his buddy and I just drove around trying to see what the area held. Pretty dry and while the horns were smaller than we expected, we knew we would have a good time anyhow. The next day John shot this one at 430 yds and it fell on the spot.

Then after we packed that one out.

I filled my doe tag with this one at 630 yds. We had very gusty winds and I was pleased with my wind adjustment and at the shot, she dropped right there.

In total we got 3 bucks and one doe. A good trip for the 6xc and she wants to go out of state more often.

congratulations. yep I use the XC with a 105 Berger and I have been quite impressed with it. gets it done.

Here’s a couple more from the same hunt. These were shot with a 7/08 using 120 Barnes ttx and a 309 JDJ using 120’s from a Thompson Contender. The pistol buck was shot at 430 yds while the other was shot around 370 yds. The were just as dead as the ones shot with the 6xc. Lol
