WTB Sako dovetail adapter to Picatinny base or Weaver base

WTB Sako dovetail adapter as described above. I have seen them I’m not sure I used the correct terminology. Thanks for looking.
 
I got a 2 piece Weaver base for an A1 off eBay a while back
Idk if all Sakos are the same but the A1 takes a Weaver #65 and #67
