I’m looking for a 223 bolt for a 40XBR single action .

Not sure what a guide slot is. Here are 2 pictures.

The “newer” 700’s have a horizontal slot cut in the bolt lug . It works as a anti bind slot to aid in smoothing bolt travel.
I can see the guide slot in your second picture.
