i'm shooting a 270wsm and had case neck split on me after only being reloaded twice,so 2 firings). winchester brass and 65grs of h3831sc. they are a little warm and i need to back 'em off about a grain or so, but the only sign is cratered primers so not to warm i'm guessing. i neck sized them, but they were a little tight in my chamber. do most fl size or jst bump the shoulder? is this done with the fl die, like neck sizing with fl di)? also would it be wise to anneal brass after only being shot twice?
btw these shot great and were all touching at 100yrds; this was achieved after switching to standard primers.
