If the price was right and if it shot well. I would then disassemble it, remove the old finish and Cerakote it.

I followed the advertisement for this gun. And it looks like the base price begins at $6000.

I have a pair of the STI's and both gripframes have the splatter finish. The uppers don't have a patina finish, just smooth hard chrome. Both are extremely accurate, but they should be.
