Would these bullet tips cause accuracy problems?

I got a bunch of different bullets when I bought a used benchrest rifle late last summer. One of the 1000 piece bullet boxes has bullets with tips that are kinda ragged. Would these tips cause accuracy problems?

I’ve had kernels of media accidentally in the hollow point. No way to remove it at the range. Made zero difference in my group size. SRBR
