Wondering if any one has 9mm pet load for sti dvc

Looking for a load that's accurate up to 25 yards in the 124 to 147 grain will be used at local fun shooting match. Going to be used in the sti dvc 5 inch bull barrel I'm 9mm. Looking for light recoil that still cycles.

Check out the new(er) line of composite bullets from ARX. They are much lighter (65 grains) than lead bullets and so the recoil is about half of the recoil for a lead bullet.

I'm shooting, 6.7 grains of Accurate Arms #7 with, the 147 Hornady jhp's and Fed Primers @ 1,000 FPS, approx. in, a Glock 19, w/ a coal of 1.108.
Recoil not, real light, tho, but, accurate in, my gun ! The Powder, throws / Meters, nicely !
Work up carefully.

My load, 115gr Zero JHP's & 4.8 grains of WST. (9mm Luger). Velocity 6" barrel 1911 was 1150 fps.
Kevin Angstadt (former Bianchi Cup Winner's Load) 4.6 of WST with the Zero 125gr. OAL should be about 1.230. Don't know if he still uses it..

Edit... I Used a 125gr cast bullet with 4.6 of WST..

Kevin shoots a 9x23, a lot of case difference from 9x19.
