Wolf Primers

Good day Gentlemen. I'm new here and hope this question is on the correct forum? First I'm not a bench shooter though my family worked for GR Douglas producing barrels. I shoot sixguns though I do fire my M94 and 03-A3 sporter a bunch. I'm also the owner of Dry Creek Bullet Works. Mainly blasting is my game so I produce ammo in bulk. While I do have standard they are nothing to compare to yours. You guys are a different breed and my hats off to ya.

Now the question. I need to purchase 'bout 50,000 primers a mix of Large Rifle and Large & Small Pistol. I'm considering the Wolf's simply because of the price. I know nothing about these primers. I've posted help questions on several boards but still no real info except for one guy who sent me here. I did a search and read what I could which was 1. maybe some trouble seating properly 2. the PMC connection and 3. the for sale add by OneEyedJack.

Guys I don't need the performance you do. I need a primer that will load on a progressive loader and light the powder 99.9% of the time. Yes I would like shot to shot consistencies but this isn't near important to the degree it is for ya. Nuff said except to say thanks & God Bless.

They are relabeled Russian primers...many have good luck with their perfomance...but there has been sporadic availability. That is about the only downside...and like you said, they are a little fat.

I've been shooting the Russian mag small rifle's in a couple of 6br's for a while now with good results, but I'm just a old groundhog shooter that likes accuracy to boot.

Doesn't look good guys. I received this response from thehighroad.org:

just got a reply from Wolf ammo about when and where their primers and reloading components will be available. Their entire reply was:

"They will not be arriving until September 2007, we will know better then what components we will be offering."
