Winter blues=fun rifle match

For anyone in the Ashland, WI area that might be interested. Through the winter we hold rifle matchs every 3 weeks here. We have a very nice private, safe range with three concrete benchs we can shoot out to 500yds at. Match consists of bullseye and animal targets at 100,200,300,400 and 500yds, mostly bench firing with one station prone fire at 400yds and an offhand stage at 100. Unlimited sighters and then 33 total rounds for score during the match. For more specific details just pm me and I'll get back to you. We are always looking for new shooters to come join in our fun. Not to hijack the thread BUT. Almost the same exact kind of match is held during the winter in Princeton, Minnesota.

So any Minnesota guys that are getting boared of this TERRIBLE coyote weather give me a PM and I can send some info.

I attended the Ashland match two weeks ago. It was a blast. Great bunch of guys who bend over backward to help you out. Going to a gunshow this weekend so I won't make this weeks match but I will return and do a little better than I did last time.

I really don't get it, New York is not the City, it's the State, NYC is the City.......and Jon doen't live Upstate, he lives in Western New York, I live Upstate, so far upstate I'm 60 miles South of Montreal, Quebec and a stones throw (off the Ferry) from Vermont.

I'd love to have the Club put together a Winter fun Match......one does shoot indoor .22 all winter, but at 7-10 pm, right at bed time for this old guy!
