where can i get some of these that are at a good price?dont want to spend all that much if possible

also where can i get the other parts that the rod goes through for the flag,the piece that rotates on the pole?

I would go online to ebay and buy music or lighting stands. You need to know the height of the stands you need. When I shoot in Denton, they need to be lower than 22" and when I shoot in Austin they need to be about 3" tall.
