Winchester contact information ?

I need an e-mail address or phone # for Winchester. I have some Winchester brass that is horrid and unuseable. I would like to tell them about it so they can correct the problem. It is 7mm STW, WAY too short in case length and case mouth so uneven that you can easily visually see it. If I trim it even I am 30+ thousandths short of recommended trim length !!!
