Winchester 70 WSSM action?

Are these decent actions to base a custom build off of. I know I'm pretty much stuck with the Magnum bolt face and Im ok with that. I am just looking to get some input from you guys that have a wealth of knowledge in this area. I modified and bedded a Boyds laminated thumbhole stock to work with the action and it looks pretty good. It has the bolt head like a Remington 700 so barrels I think would be a little easier to get done. Or should I just sell it for a couple hundred bucks and cut my losses. Thank yall for any advice or direction.

Were they long enough to feed anything longer than the WSSM cartridges?

The WSSM was a pretty cool little guy just had small things that held it back.

I have a 7SAUM Criterion bull barrel on it right now. It shoots really good no questions about it but I just never shoot it. It looks kinda funny in the current stock because the barrel is 30 inches with a 2 inch brake, I get.....Dang son that thing has a barrel on it. I was just curious if it would be worth while to have it done up to a different cartridge.
