wilson trimmer for vlds

can anyone help with my problem? because "consistency is what counts" I thought I'd inside chamfer w\ wilson, same depth, same tension) however,it cuts a lot more on one side of mouth???? it does it with new,1x and 2xfired cases. These cases show to be flatliners on my spinner???? I even sent entire thing to wilson---said it was o.k. I'll continue to do it by hand, which I'm sure is fine. I assume most serious handloaders are type "A" like me and I just don't like to be stumped signed "not as smart as my equipment"

Something is out of alignment, either the caseholder, the rails that center it, the cutter or the cutter housing or a combination of these. If your brass is straight, then that would be the only explanation. This could be an interesting thread. I have always been enamored with my Wilson trimmer because of it's consistency, but hadn't really considered if I was trimming one side of the case mouth more than the other. I've never used the chamfer tool in it so I've never seen this occurrence.
