Wilson seater die question

I'm looking to buy a wilson seater die for my 6ppc.
Which seating stem would i need using barts 68 grain fb bullets, the standard stem or vld.
It also is asking if it's the which ppc chamber... regular or oversized...
My chamber is .269 so I'm assuming regular.,

I use the standard stem with 68 Avengers

Use the standard stem for everything except vld bullets.

I use standard for everything that's not really long and pointy ahead of the ogive (VLD's and similar.)
