Wilson dasher seater for 6br

I have a Wilson dasher seater, how well would it work for a straight br w 108 bt?

I didn't have to play around with seating stems for 105 or 108 Bergers, or 107 Sierra but I also don't go crazy with neck tension.

Only way to know is in your own context. They offer more than one stem, but I didn't find the Wilson stuff to be very fussy at all. YMMV

The stem change is for VLD vs "normal" ogives. More of a taper on the inside for VLD's to keep from creating a ring on the jacket. As you say, running light neck tension makes it a moot issue.

I'd think as long as the base to shoulder length is shorter on 6BR vs Dasher, the seater should work OK.

BT bullets seem to be pretty easy to seat straight, even when a Wilson die is not a proper fit. As an example I have seated 55 gr. BT .22 cal. bullets in suitably expanded .220 Russian cases (for fire forming) using my 6PPC seater, and the runout was acceptable. Short version, give it a try.

Using Wilson dasher seater for BR you will be fine. The .80 difference keeps the BR shoulder low enough to not sick the BR shoulder in the dasher die. Been doing this for years
