Will it feed

I am thinking of putting a 308 size box and follower in my Savage 10 SA 223 . I was wondering if I could then load long 80-90 g bullets that would feed from the magazine. Has anyone out there had success doing this?

Try it and see.If you use that box they will probably pop out do to a bigger width.
