Will a load for savage barrel still be good if moved to a diffrent action

I had a rifle built on a savage action in 6br. I changed directions and re-purposed that rifle. I had the 6br barrel shooting really well and a load all worked up. If i put that barrel on another action will the tuning still be there or should i plan to start over.
