Wife made me take down Reloading Equipment

Our house goes on the market next week. My wife of 33 years says we needed to get the reloading stuff out of the den/office to properly stage the house. Here is before and after pics:

The desk was where the chair is now.

She is probably right. For the next house, the reloading stuff will go in the shop. I worried for three years about messing up those floors. Got lucky and only added one small scratch.

Wives usually know what's best.

In 2018 my dear wifey let me move my reloading table upstairs from the cold, damn basement into a corner of our dining room. Wow! What a Gal:):):)

If that doesn't impress you how about this - she brought me a Weatherby Super Varmint Master when I retired, $1,500 at the time.:):):)

My secret to success - a dozen of red roses every anniversary and a dinner out to the finest restaurant although we had to skip the latter this year due to the virus. Instead I cooked her a fine steak dinner.

47 years with the same GAL:):):)

The change looks great! I liked the before pic, but reloaders are few and far between in the housing market. Too many buyers might have been “offended”!!
Put up some Biden posters! It might sell faster!?! o_O
I still suggest you come look in Kerrville. Lots of 2500 square foot houses for sale with 5+ acres for around $350K!
You too could have a view like this!...and lots of friendly Republicans around!

We put a house on the market in 2005. My reloading gear and gun safes were in the basement but not in an area that could be closed off from "prying eyes". The agent held an open house one Sunday and it seemed only the nosy neighbors were there. A couple weeks later one of the neighbors asked my buddy down the street if he could see his "armament". Amazed, my buddy asked how he would know if there were any "armament" at his house. The guys says "I know you're friends with _______ and I saw all his stuff so you must have some too."
Lesson learned!

The room looks better, smart man with a smart wife.

I agree with @DirtySteve and @joshb and I would add Boerne are all pretty wonderful. May not be able to live in the Texas Hill Country but we visit as often as I can convince my wife.
Boerne is just too crowded any more and traffic was getting horrible... Plus housing and lan prices are way more expensive there.. Don't get me wrong it is nice just land prices are nuts..

Well, it depends on who's looking to buy! Another shooter may have seen the room's true potential. :)
Sweet T-38 supersonic pics! Along with the Talon, Herc, Jayhawk lithos. And of course the Certificate of Aeronautical Rating - mine is hanging beside the chair as I type.
Good luck with the sale.

The supersonic pics are indeed neat, a gift from my son-in-law. You and I may be the only two on this forum who would recognize all that.
