In excellent shape overall, works great. Screw adjustment center post, spoke wheel. Feet can be used point down, or I put padded tops to use on a table with the points facing up, so it won't scratch a table, and stays in place. The top has a Protektor leather pad, I think model 1, and it's in nice shape with light wear. Overall, a very sturdy stand, great for load development, or shooting off a rest for P-dogs or rock chucks, sage rats, etc.
