Why I like S-Jaws in the Coax

Yep, my go to single stage press for most of my reloading...I shortened the handle with a short piece of aluminum rod, or just use the yoke for quick operation on small calibers ...the press has great leverage. The jaws are quicker for me than sliding the case in the shell holder...I have the 2 quick change jaws and a shell holder adapter to use regular rcbs shell holders for those really odd ball cases.

I have the adapter as well but have never used it. The only brass the S-jaws won’t do for me is the one Lapua size bf case I have (300 NMI) but I don’t see the point in changing them out for one cartridge. I do all my FL sizing on my RCBS RC. For seating I either use the Coax or and arbor press with hand dies. Usually only do the precision stuff with hand dies tho. Love the coax for de-priming, neck expanding, bullet seating in my high volume rounds. It’s about as fast as a single stage press can get ;)
