Why 7 mag. Case Loose on Shell Holder?

Why would 7 mm magnum cases be very loose on the RCBS #4 shell holder? It seems like the area between the case head and the belt has stretched. I have reloaded these mixed cases four or five times with a full length die.

Call RCBS i had the same problem with 338LAP MAG. They told me that different brands of brass had different extractor groove dimensions and depths. They sent me a new shell holder for free and it fit perfect.
