Whos the AR15 barrel go-to makers now days?

Im about to be in the market for an AR barrel in 6x45mm im thinking...

Who/where's the top tier AR barrels now days? I've been out of the gun scene for about 8 years now. So much seems to have changed.

Looking for high end custom barrel, NOT mass factory produced brand barrels... My AR builds drive tacs.... think krieger, brux, bartlien, lilja. Not sure how to jump into a high end barrel again. They guy that made mine I have is no longer...

Also if any AR gurus read this... I'll be looking for a quality bolt and carrier group again... there was a good adjustable gas block brand i cant remember the name of... and there's a piston gas driven buffer I like alot ive used before but cant remember the name of it...

Kreigers website says they dont do anything besides 223's for ARs. It'd have to be a blank spun up by a Smith.

I'm making AR barrels now.

Superlative Arms is the adjustable gas block I use on all my guns. They come in every size/style you can imagine.

FWIW Toolcraft makes most of the BCG's out there. If you want an upgrade, look at the JP high pressure bolts, or KAK if you want something special.

Last AR barrel I got was through X-Caliber. Shot GREAT…….with hand-loads. Factory ammo through it was just “okay”. Superlative Arms & Seekins adjustable gas blocks are definitely the way to go. Never had any problems with Tool Craft BCG’s either.
