Who's tactical rings

I would like to know who manufactures the tactical rings displayed on the rifle Jason Baney and his father shot in the Allegheny Sniper Challenge., They can be view in the Sightron 6-24x50 Quick Review.) Anyone know their cost and where they can be purchased?
