Who will repair japan tasco

Have a 1.5 to 5 power, usually japan models pretty good stuff, but not this time reticle is really clear, but from the outside in about 1/3 has really bad blurr almost like convex mirror. I think I read Bushnell won't repair it. Any ideas? Thanks

Probably cost a minimum of $60 - $70 per repair with shipping included. Might not be worth fixing unless it's under warranty. May be put that money into a new one.

They just repaired a Tasco for my friend, did a great, timely job, all for $48. How can you beat that?
