Who rebarrels Blaser R93

Who in the USA is re-barreling the Blaser R93 rifle..??
Want to have a good quality barrel (Krieger, Bartlein, Brux...) installed..

One of my pet peeves is having locking recesses machined into the barrel instead of the action. Personally I wouldn't have one. Unfamiliar with Blazer. A lot of European actions are made this way.

Australian Omarks were like this but an enterprising North Queensland gunsmith made adapters for them. This greatly increased barrel choices.

I came real close to buying one of the Blaser pistols. The more questions I asked the more I started backing away from it.
I also looked long and hard at the rifles. I just could not convince myself to lay the $$$ out.
Major thing both times was finding parts, let along some one to work on the thing.

Elmer may be the only one other than Blaser itself, to chamber for the Blaser.

He does about 50-75 barrels a year. Ships them worldwide through exporters.

Much of his market is in calibers not available from Blaser.

You won't find a better solution.......master machinist.
