Speedy was known for that finish, where you put the plastic snake skin over the barrel and then blast it with ultra fine grit.

The barrel looks laser engraved. Lots of folks use the laser.

Jackie is dead on…which meant Stick and S&S Precision also did/does that pattern quite a bit. Might check with them too.
Butch is right about the engraver, it’s laser and not unique anymore.

Gaillard did that finish lots, but he never used a laser.

Other folks used the sleeve that left the textured finish. I personally don't believe it was a Speedy.
