Who makes a mil-dot, milliradian, non a/o variable power scope?

Looking for a non a/o scope in the 3-9, 4-12 etc range with a mil-dot reticle and milliradian turrets.

Anyone know who makes a scope like this? Closest I've found so far is a 3.5-10 from Sightron but it is side-focus.

So you want a fixed focus scope? What could possibly be wrong with side focus just for curiositys sake.

Sorry to not be clear, variable power, non a/o, as in you don't adjust the parallax.

Aplain old 3-9 by leupold.And they make others under the rifleman series but mil mil I doubt,check swfa and see what they have.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll check them out. IOR has a non a/o with their MP-8 reticle but it looks like the turret is in moa, have to do some more digging.

That zeiss looks nice but like the sightron it is side focus. Only interested in non/ao scopes for this application.

I have the IOR 2.5-10 FFP and it's a great scope. No side focus or AO. You can find one used for around $750 (older covered turret version). I also have the Leupold VX-R Patrol 3-9, it's SFP. My only complaint about that one is that the knobs are mushy and the reticle is way too thick. Both have mil knobs and mil based reticles.

"Side focus" equates to non-adjustable objective, friend. If what you really want is a scope that doesn't have the means to eliminate parallax by either method (3rd knob or A/O), then the only one I can think of right now is the (older model) Leupold 3.5-10x40 Vari-X III from their 'tactical' line or whatever they called the type with the blackened ring instead of the gold ring. They made these in duplex and mildot reticles. Definitely NOT milliradian turrets back then though.

As to why you'd prefer a fixed parallax setting... well, I'd always prefer to have that adjustment than not. But that's what makes it a horserace. 8)

I have the Vortex that Scott mentions on a nice AR15 that I put together.

I have not gotten the chance to abuse the scope like I typically do, but my first impressions are very good...and that is saying alot...I have and appreciate good glass.

After I bought the scope and got it quickly sighted in my first thought was that it should make a great hunting scope...it has a number of features that are very impressive and well thought out.

And the warranty...second to none.

Thanks for the 1st person review- it definitely has my attention. I've used Vortex scopes before and was very happy with them.
