Who is good with photo shop or Excel

Found this last year and thought it was a good idea for using with a new bullet till you got the dope down. Adobe didn't seem to clean them up that well, the plan was to get a clean copy, blank out the top, and be able to write in the data for the day. Such low resolution I can't get Adobe to get a clean scan. Was told this would be easy to do in Excel I just don't know the program that well

Do you want the L and R measurements, or remove them to?
Do you want it PDF or as an image?

1 - Attaching an "image" with leaving the L and R stuff in.
2 - Attaching an "image" with L and R stuff out.

Whatever is easiest, may be good to have them for a new shooter( L/R)
