Who Can Finish my Ruger No 1 V Stock

Many years ago, I bought a piece of wood to make a custom stock for my Ruger No. 1V (222 Rem). I found a guy who did a good job in shaping the wood. Then I tried to give it a finish. I could not get it right. So the replacement stock has sat in my gun safe for years.

I live in Tacoma Washington and am looking for someone (hopefully local) I could trust to finish the job. Attached is a picture of the stock as is now.

Any suggestions?
