Which Neck Chamfering Tool is Best?

After reading with "shock and awe" about James Phillips' Pending World Record 1.190" 600-yard group, I'm deciding I need to pay more attention to the necks on my cases.

I have both a Forster inside/outside Chamfer tool and the K&M deep chamfer tool with the three prongs,photo below). Neither seems to give totally identical results from case to case. With the Forster, the angle of entry varies depending on how you hold the case etc. With the K&M, the three-prongs designed to set depth aren't exactly the same length on my tool so it rock a bit. It is also so sharp that it is VERY easy to over-cut.

Why doesn't somebody make a chamfer tool that is adjustable to index off the shoulder so you get the same cut each time,assuming you trim to length)?

Have you looked at the Wilson inside neck reamer with the long snipe? This is used with the Wilson Case Trimmer and can be controlled the same way you adjust to trim the case lengths. I have one and use it to uniform the inside of the case neck with a long chamfer. It gives very repeatable chamfers, however you need to first cut consistent cases lengths in order for the inside neck reamer to work properly.
