Which Bart's 68 gr bullet?

I'm putting a 13.5 twist Brux barrel on my bench rifle. Which of Barts 68gr bullets should i try first? I shoot mostly 100-200 yard score matches.

My normal load is using Berger Columns. I recently picked up a thousand of the Barts 66FB bullets, and find them to be very good. As good or possibly slightly better than, the Columns.

Haven't tried the 68's, though.

I have always favored flat base 63 to 66 for 100 and 200.

For Flatbase I’d start with 68gr Ultra. If you’re wanting a Boattail I’d try the 68gr Avenger.

I have always be told that a flatbase is more accurate at short range. Is that still true? I have shot alot of your 80gr boattail bullets they have always shot good for me.

I'm using Barts 52GR in a 220 Swift with a 14 twist and a 223 Rem with a 12 twist and I tell you man
dem bullets are magic.

I’d say that’s a myth. It really depends on what the barrel likes.

I have very good luck with Bart's 68 gr. Avenger, in a 1:14 twist 6PPC.
