Which Anti-seize lubricant?

What do you guys use to mount your stainless bbls to stainless actions? Please give me the part number of the product you use and why you like the way it performs.

best in industrie is Kubler lubricant, white grease )

usefull respice is synthetic oil for mecanical gear box, SAE 80 to SAE 90 ) and mix with moly powder up to get a ligh grease

that works fine only problem is that a bit durty grease .

Permatex anti-seize is all you need. You can buy it in any auto parts store. It's a grey thick compound and it will get on EVERYTHING! But it works the way it should. Be sure to lube the shoulder mating surfaces as well as the threads. You'll never have a problem with this stuff.

you have two big type of antisize

the static one use to let your bolt assembly able to be dessmably some year after, these antisize are made with alumiun paste, copper paste, graphite paspe for high temp use

the dysnamic one wich are use on application whoich require some moves between part or when you make assembly of reduced tolerance parts

these antisize are mostly made by a mix of synthetic oil or light grease, to avoid any hydrophile effect ) and be able t "wet " all the surface without thick coat of compound and a dry lubricant as moly, lithium, sub micro sparticle of graphite or even some pure chemical product, high tech lub as Kubler lubricant )

a mix of synthetic mecanical gear box oil, not automatic oil for transmission ) with pure moly, crefaull smelt your moly to avoid any acid smelt, in this case your moly have start to became acid and loos lubricant proprety )

a very good product available in race/drag shop is the assembly compound use on camshaft before preoiling to avoid camshaft rocher galling, most of them are fully mixable with synthetic oil

Note when you put anti size on a assembly you put only on one side, you make fist assembly " in the white " to let antisize covert all surface without excess, you unscrew to check the antisize apllication film and fater you can reassembly and torque your sytem
