which action wrench ,Farley

left load port ,right eject port,,I dont see a side port wrench listed at Sinclair for the Farley action and my Rem rear wrench is too fat and wont go in,,anybody know which wrech I should get to fit the Farley action??

thanx

could be I guess it is a Davidson wrench,,it slides in to the bolt stop and hangs up and I didnt want to force anything,,may try and file off the edges and see if it will fit,,

if I got a sideport wrench would I need a Rem 700 left hand wrench since the load port is on left side??

Yes left hand. So it wont go past the stop- did you push the button? May be a stupid question but im trying to help cause your davidson rear remington wrench should fit fine

I called Stiller once for a action wrench and they told me to buy the rear entry Rem 700
wrench and mil a few thousandths off until it would slide in. Worked perfectly.
Might work with your Farley also.

may take me a week Randy but you are right,,it is marked Davadison Rem DGA and will go in about 3/4 inch ,,I started with 180 sandpaper on both sides and it is starting to go in a little at a time,,good thing it is aluminum,,LOL,,

the 6 BR barrel is on it and gonna shoot it first anyway but want to get the PPC bbl going before they start back up at Gallatin this spring UBR matches,,probably gonna have my Brux BRDX bbl rechambered to 6 Dasher fitted to the Farley and shoot bigger stuff off my Stiller,,the 243 bbl is really showing off at 600 and 1,000 right now but I really want a 8.5 twist Brux for the 195 Berger,,cant decide on straight 284 or 280 AI on that one,,if I could find a s/a mag bolt for the Tac 30 I might even do a RSAUM with a throat to take the 180 Hyb and 195 EOL,,

if I had to go shoot 300 right now it would be the Brux BRDX with 104 BIBs and 36.2 H4350,,put that may change,,

I have customers there at gallatin ubr. Better get your A game cause i got em set up for success! I may drop in on one of those matches this year.

last time I shot my BRDX it put 5 104 BIBs in less than 1/2 inch at 300 yards,,got a better scope since then also,,

I gotta start somewhere but I won a couple of the smallbore matches there 3-4 years ago shooting an 1957 Brno 4 with sights, all other shooters was shooting scopes,

10 at 100 and 20 at 50 I shot the only 300 that day shooting sights,,won enough to eat ribeyes at Ocharleys,,
