Which 20 moa base for a Savage 12 LRPV Left Port in 6mmBR?

Does anyone have suggestions for a scope base for the Savage 12 LRPV left port? Might be shooting at 600 and possibly 1000 yards.

I would check with Ken Farrell, industries. The new owner, Jerry dill, has come to a couple of our local matches and a more diligent friendly man you won't find.

my first pick is the bench source. they make only savage bases.

I've used both a Nightforce and Ferrell. Both work great. I also own a EWG but have not put it on any action. One advantage of the Ferrell is that the front of the base does not protrude over the barrel nut so that you do not have to remove it to get the nut off (in principle). Also, I think only the Ferrell has a 30 MOA option (which is the one I have). If you have to use an action wrench, however, either brand will have to be removed. OTOH, the NF fit perfectly without need to bed. Drew

I own four different brands. The Ken Ferrell I own the most of and like the best. I bed all my bases no matter what.
