where to starts, good load?

this is my first attempt to reload for AR-15. Thought I done it with 30 cal and 7mm-08
The barrel is new Shilen Drop-In Match Barrel with Bolt AR-15 223 Remington (Wylde) Service Rifle HBAR Contour 1 in 8" Twist 20" Stainless Steel.
Anyone has hands on with this barrel? Need advise on type of bullets to use? I'd like to have them heavy.
And may be you can suggest reloading data you like for heavy bullets with Varget ?

For 55gr I run either h335. 24.1 grains or benchmark very happy with each although benchmark doesn't meter as well. For 77Sierra I use reloader 15at 22.1 grains.... don't notice much accuracy difference between the bullet weights though at up to 200yrs.
