Where to replace Stiller TAC300 lugs or bolt?

I have over 11k rounds through my (long) action and now the bolt binds up when I try to chamber a round from the magazine. There is more play than I like in it when open.
Can someone replace the lugs on the bolt or do I have to buy a new bolt?
I emailed Stiller and haven't heard anything as of yet.

Good luck hearing from stiller, 3 phone calls, 2 voice mails, and an email. That was over the course of a month. Still havent heard from them. Their $1100 action shouldnt be binding...speak witha competent gunsmith.

I was in a hurry before, I'll expand a bit now. Binding could be an indication of a structural problem with the action. Make sure something isn't failing.
