Thanks. I saw a detachable mag set up, then I saw some reviews about the mags being junk. I bought this gun used (& cheap) a few years ago. It came in pieces and the follower and spring wasn’t in the box. I leaned it in a corner for another day.

If the detachable magazine set up was from Legacy, I used one on Rem 700 that I helped a friend put together and it worked flawlessly for a plastic set up. It did get bad reviews on the magazines, but it was the only set up that fit his budget so we gave it a try.
