My firing pin tip bent. R700 short action.
Where do I buy another one for a bushed bolt? It measures .053.
Thanks for any help.

Brownell's. You may have to work some emery for the bushed bolt though. Another (best) choice would be Holland's Shooting Supplies. He offers a sweet Ti firing pin/spring assembly that is not all bound and twisted up like the factory offerings.

I have a short action firing pin off a J lock bolt. The firing pin measures .060. I have another long action and it measures .075. I haven't pulled apart my Gre-Tans but IIRC, they're .060. You can have the short action firing pin for postage.

Edit: Could you double check that diameter of the firing pin hole and not the pin? I did one but used a cylindrical grinder. .007 is a lot to take off with a drill and emery cloth without damaging it.

Don't know how fast they can turn a pin, none listed on their site are turned down already. They are talking 8-12 weeks to bush a bolt face.
