Where to buy pin gauges

Where is a good place to buy a few pin gauges? I'm not so much looking to use them to size brass, but to accurately gauge how much I am actually sizing after the brass springs back. I don't anneal, so I know the amount of sizing the actually takes place changes as the brass hardens. I don't need an entire set, just a handful around the sizes I reload for. Hoping to find something in half thousandths steps.

These folks make inspection pins of the kind we use in laboratories and critical applications.
They can be had in fine increments to the point where you can judge ID sizes to less than 0.001” and often down to the tenthousandths in precision holes. You can sometimes find surplus sets in the sizes we like for necks such as .306” or .222” that step plus and minus a thousandth at tenthousandths per step. Not cheap.
