Just curious, why do you want a plug that opens holes to 30 cal? Do those calibers score as if they were shooting 308's?

At the risk of bringing up a very contentious rule, in Canada and for ICFRA events there is still a requirement to use a 30 cal gauge to enlarge the hole of any smaller calibre so that everyone is even. Basically a .223 shooter gets credit for a .30 cal hole in determining whether a shot is touching the line or not.
