Muzzleloading, where do those wads go?
When shooting a 450 grain RN "paper patch" bullet (Buffalo Arms). Loading 70 grains 2FF BP with card wad than felt lube wad another card wad than a seated bullet, when fire I cannot find any of those wads. When I shoot patch round ball I always find the patch about twenty feet or so down range. I have yet to find card wads or lube felt wads down range, are they just to small to see? I would hate to think those wads are sticking to the back of bullets that are cup base for paper patching. Free Trapper
