Where is the Remington Actions??

I seen where Renington is just selling actions, But where are They?? ((Stainless ones))

i was thinking of buying a stainless one if the bolts were jeweled.

Northwest action works, brownells, and may be others Iam unaware of and a killer deal at PTG with their bolt instead of the Remington sloppy original.

They are flakey, a friend of mine builds smokeless muzzleloaders on them and had 25 on order from Remington for over a year, he just recently canceled that order and found some at a retailer.

All they must want is the big orders from WalMart, the smaller orders all seem to be pushed to the side 'til they feel like dealing with them, IF they feel like dealing with them. They'd rather those 'smaller' orders be fill by the wholesalers who seem to be continually "out of stock", unless you don't mind paying Brownells premium price. Typical corporate crap.

I have heard too that the PTG actions are well worth the price.
My smith was just showing them to me a couple of months ago.
