There are so many variables to your question that its tough to nail down one load. What kind of rifle are you shooting? Twist in barrel? The standard BR loads that shooters use in their custom actioned BR rifles would be too hot in most factory guns. My suggestion is to pick a powder and a bullet and work the load up starting at the low end. The rifle will tell you where it wants to shoot. If your rifle is a true BR rifle, it wont take long to find that spot, or spots.

thank you tightneck and rayfromtx for your imput. maybe it would be best to give you imput about the gun it's built by clartence hammond its HV 13.4lbs its a sleeved remington 700 with a barrel that just says built by hammond its a 14 twist right now im shooting a 70 gr. bullet at 26.9 H322i have moved up and down .5gr still can't get a good group .250-.400 i have some 66 and 68gr bullets i just want to know the bullet gr and powder and gr of powder you use and im going to try some different loads and see how i make out all imput will be greatly appreciated thanks bill

start at 27.5g of VV133, Lapua 220 Russain brass fireformed and neck turned, 65-68g bullet jammed .010" into rifling and adjust from there. The 700 is weaker and will get a tight bolt lift before a custom action most times, so start low and the rifle will tell you what it wants.

If you have some V133, between 29.2 and 29.5 grains of powder, and a 66-68 grain benchrest quality bullet should shoot about as well as anything you will find.

Modern manufactured of H322 may not give you the best results.

If that barrel is already shot out you may have to go for a new barrel.

Start out with a well cleaned barrel. Thoroughly clean every 15-25 rounds. The V133 powder also likes about 0.003" neck tension.

Thank you guys for some great information it looks like my 1st move will be to get some vv133 please keep the good info coming thanks again

Just remember what Jerry Sharrett said about the 29.2g of Vit 133 with a tight grip on a 66/68gr bullet. Vit 133 seems to like a tight grip. All barrels are obvioulsy different but if there is a one line magic load answer to you question then this is proably it.
