what's up with 6.5mm 140gr A-max

I wanted to try some 140gr Hornady A-max bullets in my new 260 Rem. I thought they might be a cheap alternative if they shot well. However, the stores around here haven't had them, and none available at Midway, Midsouth, Grafs, Cabela's, or Sinclair either.

Has demand gone through the roof or have there been production delays at Hornady???

after reading this post, i ordered 300rds of the 140 amax from
3rd generations. not only that, but they had varget in stock, got that too.
