I have a 10-11 year old Leupold scope that was discontinued around 2018. I think I paid around $350 new back then, and I see only 1 for sale anywhere (on eBay now) priced at $799. I have no idea if it's worth more I paid or if there is a demand for it. It's not a very common scope purchased because it's a scout scope, but I wonder if the eBay seller knows something I don't or if discontinued scopes hold higher value? (I messaged the eBay seller but he has no obligation to help me).
If anyone can point me in a direction to get it's value, that would help me. It's a Leupold VX-2 1.5-4x28mm VX-2 Scout mfg# 119621. You can still find the listings on Midway and Optics Planet but they are long discontinued.
