Well, entering into the first year of shooting UBR I was anxious to say the least but in the same breath I like to compete. I purchased a gun in 30BR and started shooting but just couldn't get it right, well sold the gun and when taking the scope off found a broken screw holding the front dovetail mount new owner probably thinks I'm a nut for selling a great gun. During that time I ordered a new gun from Speedy with a Borden BRMXD with a Bartlein barrel, bix n andy trigger and edge HV stock (I'm still waiting on it but suppose to be end of July delivery, Speedy, you only got 2 day LOL).
So the problem is do I sell a proven gun that I have now (purchased the Bat action and tracker stock from falconpilot) had Ronnie Long chamber a Bartlein barrel in 30BR and this thing will shoot! Won my first match with it at 200 yards but not the agg. Do I sell it or try and sell the new gun coming? I know someone will say keep both (and I may do that) but I like to dedicate myself to one gun and make the best out of it. So what does the Borg say? Sell old one? Sell new one? Keep both?
And they say this is not an addictive sport! ;-)
