What size,,,, 6BR plastic ammo boxes.

I have shallow loading trays .45 -.308 fine. But 50 or 100rds plastic boxes with a lid and handle. Which model / brand / part number ?

Thanks

I really like just the cheap MTM clear blue 50 round ammo cases from Sinclair. Part # rs-s-50. They are $3.60 each and are tough long lasting cases that I think are exactly what you are after.

MTM makes a extra small rifle 50 box. I don't know if they make 100 count, or any with a handle. You can find them a Sinclair's

I picked up a box of 10 of these. A piece of foam rubber in the lid keeps them from bouncing around. No handles but the fit is good. Got mine from Midway USA. Lots of other styles out there but I like these. They are carried in a mil. ammo can.
Use the same style for my "short" .221 Fireball.

NorCalMikie,

FWIW, I took all my MTM boxes, with handles) for my old .243 and simply wadded a single square/single ply of TP up and shoved it into each hole. It's not a perfect solution but it works just fine for 6BR and they don't sit so deep down that they almost vanish. You could do that with your red boxes and you'd find the slugs much easier to grab onto. -Rod-

J&J,1-800-927-8361) makes a 100 round plastic case that holds 100 BR cases.
It's marked 6mm-7mm Bench Rest and has a lid but no handle......

I've found that the J&J boxes are slightly too shallow for those of use who seat the 105/107gr bullets long.

I always use 107's seated long and I just put them point up with no problems, but they will as gunamonth stated hop out of the pockets when bounced around even a little bit after they have been fired.
