what reticle available...who changes Leupold reticle

I'm looking for a mid-magnifications variable scope (say 3-9x, 4-12x) with reticle having "hold-overs" like mil-dots. first or second focal plane .
I like Leupolds and would change out the reticle, but cant tell that the custom shop does that any more. Who else may?
Don't want turrets.
would prefer gloss finish.

I haven't had a chance to mount this & try it on target but it is crystal clear & may be something your looking for. The MOA3 reticle is the one I got. For $250 its a bargain imo.

They are on the heavy side though.
As for a Leupold reticle change try Cheryl Ackerman. targetshooters.com I think?
I asked Leupold about a reticle change last week & on the model I inquired about, (discontinued) it was going to be around $200.

Leuplld used to make a 4-12 LRV that had a couple hash marks under the center. I believe they were only matte finish though.

Leupold will switch out reticles for many of their scopes. Just call them and tell them what you have and want and they may be able to do it.

I have had a couple changed out and it wasn’t terrible pricing.

FYI. The Leupold Custom Shop is currently closed.
They announced in early 2020 that they were closing for restructuring. A couple months ago a tech told me their restructuring of the Custom Shop was on hold due to covid 19.

Also, I've had a couple reticles changed - it cost me $70 each time. But, before they closed, the price went up to $225 to change a reticle for an existing scope.
Their menu still had $70 to select a different reticle on a scope you were buying from them.
